Resolved Question: Integra to release 4th Qtr financial results on February 23rd.... but wait!?

If they are scheduled to release their 4 Q financial results on Feb. 23rd.... (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Integra-LifeSciences-Host-Its-pz-3392684214.html?x=0), ....then what the heck occurred on January 6th (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-01-06/integra-slides-most-in-about-3-years-on-reduced-quarterly-revenue-forecast.html?cmpid=yhoo) On January 6th the stocked dropped the most it has in 15 years because Integra lowered its revenue and EPS outlook for 2012. If their earnings release date is Feb. 23rd, what would you call the information they released on Jan. 6th?????? This is really annoying me.
