This one is a hoot. The headline says man pays 102% income tax. However; once we receive into the article Mr. Ross says he pays 102% on his TAXABLE income. There are two parts of the income tax; the marginal rates and the effective rates. Effective rates are what you pay based on deductions; credits and exemptions. I have my associates in business administration and am currently getting my undergrad degree in Finance with a minor in accounting. I have a year left with this and will finish it out but I honestly have no passion for it whatsoever. I do however have a passion for exercise, staying in the best shape I can be in, good nutrition, how the human body works, keeping update with health related news and other medical related news. With every that being said I have been thinking of going for another undergrad degree in Biology or some other nice of scientific/technical field.
